1. Warranty Pre-Check

Before submitting a Warranty Claim, please confirm that the following checks have been completed:

The Unit has power and is switched on.

The electrical supply to the Unit has been checked and is suitable for the Unit.

The condenser has been checked and is clean and unobstructed.

Adequate ventilation and airflow exists around the Unit.

The Unit is not overstocked and internal airflow is unobstructed.

The Unit has been installed and is being operated in accordance with the Staycold instruction manual.

I confirm that I have read and understood the Staycold Warranty Policy and acknowledge that submission of this form does not constitute acceptance by Staycold that the reported fault is covered under warranty.

On behalf of the Dealer, I acknowledge and accept that where the reported fault, service attendance or associated work falls outside the Staycold Warranty Policy, or where an unproductive or failed call-out results from inaccurate or incomplete information, site closure, restricted access or other circumstances attributable to the Dealer or End User, the applicable costs may be charged to the Dealer.

I acknowledge that where the Dealer has provided this form to an End User, or has requested or permitted an End User to complete or submit this form on its behalf, the Warranty Claim remains the responsibility of the Dealer and any applicable charges arising from it remain for the Dealer's account.
